There is a dependency conflict between TerraKit and vLLM's transformers. TerraKit needs huggingface-hub >=1.1.4 while vLLM's transformers need a version < 1.0. This bug affects the https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel-ai/rhaiis/pipeline.
