Feature title: Monitor package “flow” - Start point = available upstream; End point = package available in our image releases.
Feature Overview:
We need a mechanism that will enable us to measure the time it takes for a package to be available downstream.
The measurement should start monitoring the package "lifetime" from the moment it is available upstream, to the time it is released in our downstream images.
