In order to be able to easily test the WF insights, create a test option that takes an existing issue, lets the user change a parameter, and run the insights option.

DoD

1. The test option should not change real issues.
2. The user should be able to change parameters, attachments, and all the basic issue parameters before running the WF insights.
3. The user should be able to rerun tests, with or without changing parameters for the run
