[Compile] Add deprecation support to config module system

      Add deprecation support to the config module system to enable proper deprecation warnings for configuration settings.

      Changes:

      • Introduce new Config class mechanism for marking settings as deprecated
      • Add support for custom deprecation messages
      • Enable standardized deprecation warnings for config options
      • Improve config management and backward compatibility
