pypdfium2 4.30.1 is the latest stable pydpfium2, and it is in RHEL AI 1.5. But there is a version of its C library dependency, the libpdfium 6462 RPM, that needs attention.

pypdfium2 4.30.1 binary wheels bundle libpdfium (AKA pdfium) version 6899, and that is what it is tested and developed against.

RHELAI 1.5 still has libpdfium 6462 because RHELAI 1.4 shipped with pypdfium2 4.30.0, which prescribed it.

Therefore, we should update libpdfium to either 6899, or perhaps to 7049. (7049 is in Fedora 43, and was recently updated there by cheimes@redhat.com.)
