Team: AIPCC / AI Catalyst Platform

Reason for Access: I am working on the RDU4 IBM Cluster setup (8x A100s) and testing llama-stack. I need write/push access to the quay.io/aipcc registry organization to push custom container images built from my local llama-stack fork. This is required to deploy and test fixes on the OpenShift cluster, as the nodes need to pull the image from an accessible registry.
