py-spy does not support s390x

      .Description of problem:

      The py-spy package does not support s390x. It may also not work on ppc64le. Upstream only releases packages for aarch64 and ppc64le

      Version numbers (base image, wheels, builder, etc):

      Builder v25.0.0
      py_spy-0.4.1
