When investigating what it takes to build a python package, sometimes the project has opened github issues related to build issues, e.g. https://github.com/onnx/onnx/issues/7226 . If anything is found, inspect the issue if a PR fixed the bug but the commit is/are not yet included in the release that is tried to be built. Also the issue might have a comment containing the fix. The skill should return a list of known known issues, potential fixes (commits or just comments) and in worst case known workarounds.
