This Epic is dedicated to the complete, phased retirement of all AIPCC infrastructure associated with the obsolete CUDA 12.8 accelerator version to reduce operational costs and complexity. The removal will proceed "outside-in," starting with Pipeline and Registry Cleanup to disable all CI/CD jobs. This will be followed by Base Image and Spec Cleanup, removing the source definitions and build scripts for the base environments. Finally, the effort will conclude with Builder Configuration Cleanup, removing all core builder jobs, collections, and configuration files that define the CUDA 12.8 build environment, ensuring a simplified system focused entirely on currently supported accelerator versions.
