      Our RHEL9 tesseract package is at version 4.1, from 2019, and upstream has seen several feature-filled minor releases (and a major release) since then.

      This is to investigate if there is a good reason to do so.

      This was noticed during AIPCC-491, but AIPCC-491 does not depend on it.
