Our linter does a lot of great little things that prevent us from making mistakes. One thing I've repeatedly noticed is that engineers are not careful to check if they are working on a Story or Bug in Jira. We have had situations where an engineer has submitted and merged against an Epic or Story.

Let's modify the linter to look at the Jira in the MR title and possibly the commit titles and verify that it links to a Bug or Story
