Feature Overview:
Some of the tutorials, such as https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openshift_ai_cloud_service/1/html-single/openshift_ai_tutorial_-_fraud_detection_example/index, include instructions for installing packages that might not be in the index.
Are any of the packages for any of the tutorials not available in the index? Should they be there, or should we update the instructions to bypass the default package index and let the user use the upstream index for the tutorial?
