Set up https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel-ai/core/testcollections/docling to create test containers with Docling wheel releases. Use https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel-ai/core/testcollections/rhaiis as template
- copy "Containerfile"
- copy "build-args/cuda-ubi9.conf" to "build-args/cpu-ubi9.conf" and adjust:
- base image: quay.io/aipcc/base-images/cpu:3.0-1758195620
- release package: docling-wheels
- wheel releases: latest docling aarch64 and x86_64 from https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel-ai/core/testcollections/pipeline/
- copy "context/.gitignore"
- copy ".gitlab-ci.yaml" and adjust it to only build cpu-ubi9 for aarch64 and x86_64
- copy "renovate.json" and adjust it to update the right arg file and wheel releases
