Description of problem:

Pulled the model-opt image quay.io/aipcc/rhaiis-model-opt/cuda-ubi9:3.2.2-1757603650 but hit following error using the nvidia-smi command from the image:

(app-root) /opt/app-root$ nvidia-smi
Failed to initialize NVML: Driver/library version mismatch
NVML library version: 575.57
