Feature Overview:

We want to hand-off ownership of wheel version selection, wheel pipeline triggering, image content management, and image build triggering to the RHAIIS teams following the guidelines in our RACI charts

Goals:

• Empower the RHAIIS teams to fully own updates to their product, especially for z-stream releases but also for new minor releases.
• Let the AIPCC team focus on ensuring the platform supports the next release.

Requirements:
A list of specific needs, capabilities, or objectives that a Feature must deliver.

Done - Acceptance Criteria:

The RHAIIS teams are self-sufficient for updating package versions in their images and triggering new image builds for QE.

Out of Scope:

• Making new images
• Updating the wheel builder image with changes needed for new dependencies

Documentation Considerations :

• We will provide any documentation needed for the RHAIIS team to understand our tools.
