s390x: Some packages required in the builder container are not available for s390x

      These packages are not available in RHEL for s390x:

      libpdfium-devel
      libpdfium-ctypesgen
      ffmpeg-free-rhai
      ffmpeg-free-rhai-devel
      ucx-devel

      Are they necessary for s390x? That is, is the implementation of these dependent on some feature supported only in x86 or aarch64?
