Reviewing the CI run from https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel-ai/wheels/builder/-/merge_requests/1279, the s390x build fails with

Error: COPY --from=registry.gitlab.com/redhat/rhel-ai/wheels/builder/llvm-triton-86b69c31-ubi9.6:latest: no stage or image found with that name
```

This occurs because we have not built llvm-triton for the s390x architecture.

As we see it, there are two options:

Build llvm-triton for s390x.
