Ticket needs refinement and more information. We probably need approval or at least an exception for ProdSec and maybe legal for 3rd party binary, proprietary RPMs. I (Christian) don't see any chance to assess, review, and land the new RPMs before travel to F2F.

The AP team needs to onboard the IBM RPMs and update the Spyre image with configuration for the rpms.
