Currently scripts in ai/gitops are run by Jenkins job with only on cron cadence: every 30 mins
However, scripts like stale MR checker, repository configurator, validation script etc should ideally be run only on daily basis
To enable that, define a different Jenkins job in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/service/app-interface/-/blob/master/data/services/rhel-ai/cicd/jobs.yaml
Define a new template that specify which AIPCC scripts in ai/gitops belongs to the job that runs daily
