CI pipelines (all test-accelerated-cuda-ubi9-{*}-bootstrap-and-onboard) against merge requests for 14.2-maint branch of the builder repo are failing constantly.

The failing part seems to be (stable in between re-runs):

As there is a rule "Pipeline must succeed.", this is blocking fixup of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHELAI-4733 , and subsequently the RHEL AI 1.5.3 release.
