https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/pull/152533 has merged and will be part of Torch 2.8, so we won't need to port it as part of ./overrides/patches/torch-2.7.0/0004-Stop-checkout-of-NCCL.patch.

There is no concrete action here, and this could be closed once we have updated Torch to 2.8 and made sure this patch was indeed not needed anymore.
