Support benchmark sweep execution within JBenchmark, enabling both internal runs and external benchmarking by PSAP teams.

• Allow PSAP to run their own benchmark suites on our infrastructure.

• Add sweep functionality (guidellm) to JBenchmark for testing multiple model/config variations in one execution flow.
