It's time for us to remove the container-install/git-repo-checkout-ubi9.sh. The code should be moved into the individual plugins, rather than being in a centralized script. As a result we would no longer have to remember to update the separate git-repo-checkout-ubi9.sh – the individual plugins could examine their own code bases and determine which versions they need by parsing the cmake files.
