The value of the env var TORCH_CUDA_ARCH_LIST in the instructlab-nvidia/-/blob/main/Containerfile file does not match the value in the builder repo.

This work has been completed in AIPCC-1266, and must be backported to the 1.5 branch. The commit is 6e79b8ef55fc9817fa96b1ee0a1bb46d8a255555.
