The OCP team needs to add botocore to one of their images, and came to us to ask for help since we are delivering python code elsewhere.

To complete this work we would need to set up a pipeline to build botocore for the cpu-ubi9 variant. The OCP team has their own base images, so we will show them how to ensure Python is installed and a virtualenv is present so they can install the wheel collection.

Since their git repo is in GitHub and many of their developers do not have access to gitlab repositories we may want to guide them to mirror the wheels into a space they can all see them. That could even be a public location, to avoid needing special credentials to build images.
