In base-images we have created the release branch for 3.4-EA1 and the main branch has moved to 3.4-EA2 . Now we need to update the repo [1] to use 3.4-EA2 production index urls

Spyre, TPU, and Neuron remain on 3.4-EA1 as EA2 indexes do not exist for them yet as we do not have legal permission for spyre, neuron and tpu
