      Triton Dev Containers project hand over

      • We had a kick-off call for transfer of Triton Dev Containers project handed over from the Emerging Technologies team to PyTorch Engineering team.
      • We agreed on the next steps
      • Walkthrough on using the triton-dev-containers for triton development
      • Walkthrough on using the devcontainers in VS Code
      • Walkthrough on the CI/CD setup in GitHub
      • Walkthrough on the Quay containers
      • Guidance on submitted a PR to Triton upstream to update the git repo link in the README
      • Update cadence documentation

      The Triton Dev Containers are a project started in ET to provide a containerized development environment for Triton to be offered to the upstream project as a contribution. Now this is being handed over to the PyTorch Engineering team.
