      base2048 is a transitive dep to garak that needed an override

      Garak is used to do vulnerability scanning for LLMs. By adding this package to the python index, it will make it easy to do red-teaming / vulnerability scanning to quantify risks of models and apply specific guardrails to protect the model against risks.
