Verify that it's possible to add a node to a cluster having an architecture different than x86_64

The purpose here is to test homogeneous clusters. For example add a arm64 worker to arm64 cluster.

It should not be required to override cpuArchitecture in nodes-config.yaml.

Architectures verified:

• amd64
• arm64 - ABI QE (zniu)
• s390x - Neeraj Mishra (4.17)
• ppc64le - Multiarch team CS Zhang
