With the addition of a new command to support creating a minimal ISO on all platforms dev-scripts support must be added to test running this command, creating the minimal ISO, and performing a successful installation.

This also includes adding support for the bootArtifactsBaseURL when the images are mirrored in order to use the rootfs from a local http server. This is not currently being done for External platforms.
