Now that authentication is successfully implemented for day1 and day2, need to revisit and research more about implementing authorization for different user personas for the agent installer.

Things have evolved such as adding nodes on day2. Need to plan authorization accesses for a new use case monitor-add-nodes.

Also, re-evaluate QE requirements.
