    Description

      In 4.13, a field was added to the install-config to configure the CPU partitioning mode. This should be passed through from the agent-based installer to assisted-service, using install-config overrides if necessary.

      This feature is currently TechPreview, so to use it we'll also require featureSet support (AGENT-554)
