To allow shipping agent-tui within the assisted-installer-agent image, the assisted-installer-agent CI configuration has been enhanced to support building / testing the agen-tui code.
In particular, the assisted-test-bin image has been created to support that (see https://github.com/openshift/release/blob/496f0a431442c311aab89087d979519526556309/ci-operator/config/openshift/assisted-installer-agent/openshift-assisted-installer-agent-master__edge.yaml#L49-L87).
This image can then be safely removed once the agent-tui code will not be anymore present in the assisted-installer-agent repo
