Some of the agent images are still pointing to 4.12 CI base image:
- agent-installer-api-server
- agent-installer-csr-approver
- agent-installer-node-agent
Both the related Dockerfiles and CI operator config are not aligned to 4.13.
We need to fix them, and understand why the CI bot didn't update them automatically.
(note: agent-installer-orchestrator seems ok)
