Dev-scripts support for optional Agent based installation from PXE images

User Story:

As a user, I want to be able to:

• Create PXE assets in dev scripts
• Deploy the PXE assets and PXE boot the agent-based installer

so that I can achieve

• automated PXE boot to create agent-based cluster , SNO at a minimum

Acceptance Criteria:

Description of criteria:

• Successfully run the `agent create pxe-files` command via dev-scripts
• PXE boot to create at least an SNO cluster.
