Run CI against assisted-service repos

Now that the assisted-service container images are fetched from the payload, CI ought to be able to generate a payload containing an assisted image built from a PR that we can use to run agent-installer tests against it.

Needs to run on:

• assisted-service
• assisted-installer
• assisted-installer-agent

Job to run:

• compact e2e
