      OpenShift 4.11 added "capabilities" to the install config. This feature allows users to disable parts of OpenShift that would otherwise be turned on automatically. It is part of the install flexibility effort (allowing non-built-in platforms to integrate with OpenShift), and therefore a likely thing to be used in concert with the agent installer (since it already doesn't integrate with platforms the way IPI does).

      For GA of the agent installer, we will need to implement this feature.

      This likely requires extensions to both the assisted ReST API and to the ZTP CRDs.
