Run a single cluster Assisted Web UI

User Story:

As a (user persona), I want to be able to:

• Use my browser to connect to a guided cluster 0 installation
• Configure/customize cluster 0 installation
• Trigger and monitor cluster 0 installation

so that I can achieve

• High success rate cluster 0 installation with minimal pre-existing knowledge

• Web UI is fully functional but constrained to a single cluster context
