• edit the prefilled rendezvousIP on the TUI

so that I can

• override the rendezvousIP configured at the above the sea level UI

• If the RendezvousIP was prefilled the agent TUI must shown a timeout screen to allow the user to manually enter the screen
• The button for configuring the network must be moved into the first screen
