The agent installer team is unfamiliar with konflux. We are looking for a guidance to be able to setup an automated build and release pipeline for the tech preview of the OVE ISO feature in 4.20 release and for GA in upcoming OCP releases. 

Kindly guide with the steps we need to take. 

Currently, we are building a 40 GB+ RHCOS based ISO (OVE ISO) which contains a whole release and some operators.

The ISO is currently manually created by running a script and could be containerized if needed.

For the 4.19 dev-preview, we will be manually creating this ISO and publish it however for the 4.20 and onwards, we need to setup a build and release pipeline for releasing the ISO artifact following the OCP cadence.
