The RPA is the formal contract with the release engineering team. It defines which managed pipeline to use and configures its behavior, including how to extract our ISO.
This should be created in config/kflux-prd-rh02.0fk9.p1/product/ReleasePlanAdmission/ocp-agent-based-installer/

With the following configuration:
◦ Reference the push-disk-images-to-cdn pipeline.
◦ In the spec.data.mapping.components section, add the crucial pathInImage parameter. This parameter tells the pipeline the exact path of the ISO file inside the container image.
• Note: This Merge Request must also include a constraints file and a prodsec file, and you will need to update the CODEOWNERS file.
