We're currently using the quay.io secret retrieved from the pull-secret.yaml for dev-scripts builds. There should be a common Konflux secret that we should be using to access quay. We need to investigate this and then update the secret in the Konflux UI for our tenant, i.e. here https://konflux-ui.apps.kflux-prd-rh02.0fk9.p1.openshiftapps.com/ns/ocp-agent-based-installer-tenant/secrets
