Similar to agent-register-infraenv.service, pass the cluster manifests(infraenv, nmstate, rendezvousIP) to the assisted UI container so that the local UI can read the details from these cluster manifests and prepopulte the fields such as proxy server, ssh public key, additional NTP sources from infra-env.yaml and rendezvous IP and nmstatecofig from appropriate manifests. 

The cluster manifests will get the data initially from Saas UI and users can overeride the values via local UI.  The local UI will reach out to API server to perform update operaiton.
