Once support is added to assisted-service and assisted-installer to apply the OLM operator manifests we can remove the redundant files in tools/iso_builder/config/4.x/openshift/crs/.

For example these are the files here now:

$ ls tools/iso_builder/config/4.20/openshift/crs/
99-openshift-machineconfig-worker-psi-karg.yaml  cnv-hyperconverged-cr.yaml  kube-descheduler-cr.yaml

We still need to keep the versioned appliance-config.yaml but won't need these files in openshift.
