07-08-25 - Green Prepared upgrade Prow CI for OVE installation.

      Epic Goal

      • Verify that a cluster (previously deployed in a disconnected environment using the OVE installer) can be upgraded using a local (external) mirror registry
      • Verify that a worker node can be added to a  cluster (previously deployed in a disconnected environment using the OVE installer) a local (external) mirror registry

      Why is this important?

      • Since the current OVE Installer does not support upgrading or adding a node without an external registry, it is necessary to validate that the usual upgrade/add node disconnected procedures work as expected

      Scenarios

      1. A disconnected environment containing a cluster (deployed using the OVE ISO), and an external registry (still within the disconnected) environment containing a release / operators mirror

      Acceptance Criteria

      • The cluster can be upgraded using a local external mirror registry
      • A worker node can be added to the cluster using a local external mirror registry (via the usual  oc adm node-image commands)
