Once dev-scripts support to generate the OVE ISO from the new codebase is implemented AGENT-1206, update dev-scripts to install OVE cluster. Automate filling in the cluster details using the headless mode i.e. running the browser automation without opening an actual browser, taking screenshots of each of the steps using libraries, downloading the credentials and hitting the install cluster button etc using a go based library go-rod.

Verify that -

1. Cluster is installed
2. oc get nodes
3. oc get co
4. Check the number of nodes mentioned via dev-scripts matches with the actual nodes in the cluster

This is an initial verification of the OVE but not the full validation of the product.
