      As part of the 4.19 Dev Preview release, it would be necessary to build and publish the OVE ISO as per the instructions that will be provided by the CLOUDDST team (see the linked ticket)

      As part of this story, create a CI release job dedicated to build and publish the agent OVE ISO.
