Add a new AGENT_E2E_TEST_SCENARIO for the OVE case so that when enabled:

• Enable the fully disconnected mode (Andrea's PR will follow)
• Check out OVE ISO builder and generate a new ISO using the specified version
• Boot the nodes
• Automate agent-tui to select one rendezvous node and to configure the other nodes with the rendezvous IP

Verify that:

• agent installer UI is shown on port 3001
