User Story:

As a developer working on the agent-based installer, I want to be able to:

• Add storage files to ignition.config.Storage.Files using hostnames when MAC addresses are unavailable.
• Implement functionality similar to addMacAddressToHostnameMappings() in installer/pkg/asset/agent/image/ignition.go, which adds files based on MAC addresses.
• set desired hostname and use the file created for each host using its hostname rather than mac address
