Since OPNET-198 was implemented, dual-stack baremetal clusters have been allowed to be either IPv6-primary or IPv4 primary. Previously they could only be IPv4-primary, and assisted-service still validates that configuration is IPv4 primary.

The fix for OCPBUGS-29975 should remove this restriction as far as validation of the machine networks goes. Similar validation changes for the API and Ingress VIPs are likely required.
